This Privacy Policy describes how WorldMind Inc. (“WorldMind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with worldmind.co and related pages (the “Site”). Biotok is a trade name of WorldMind Inc. This policy applies to the Site and to inquiries about Biotok products.

2. Scope

The Site is an informational website. It does not currently offer user accounts, customer portals, or online product access. If we later provide software, hosted services, or other products under a separate agreement, that agreement and any product-specific privacy notice will govern that relationship.

3. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive the content of your message, your email address, and any other details you choose to include.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) may automatically collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages requested, and timestamps, for security, reliability, and operations.
• Fonts and similar resources. The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and related technical data when your browser requests those files. See Google’s privacy documentation for details.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we do not sell personal information.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the Site, respond to inquiries and demo requests, communicate about WorldMind and Biotok, improve the Site, and comply with law. We do not use Site information to train public generative models on your correspondence without a separate written agreement.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may still store resources from third-party providers such as Google Fonts. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us host, secure, or operate the Site (including Amazon Web Services); with professional advisors; if required by law or to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Retention

We retain inquiry emails and related correspondence as needed to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s practices and our operational needs.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to an informational website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. To exercise a request, email richard@worldmind.co. We will verify your request as required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
